All participants must be employed by an SCV-authorised retailer based in the UK to qualify for the earning and redeeming of points. Only sales of products supplied to the dealer by SCV Distribution will qualify to earn points. The suggested selling price is there to maintain the reseller’s margin, however it is not a compulsory selling price.

SCV Distribution reserves the right to remove a participant from the scheme and cancel any points collected. Any participant found to be making false claims will be dismissed from the scheme and all points cancelled.

Each sale must be registered within 30 days of the original sale. The date registered on the sales incentive website must match the date on the invoice.

Points can only be redeemed for the awards offered by SCV. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative rewards.

If a participant fails to register any points over 366 days, the participant will be removed from the scheme and all points cancelled.

SCV Distribution may randomly request sales documentation when participants claim rewards in order to prove authenticity of registered sales.

SCV Distribution reserves the right to send relevant product information to registered participants. Personal details will not be passed on to any third party for marketing purposes.

The transferral of incentive rewards into a dealer's stock for sale to customers is prohibited.

The decision of SCV Distribution on all matters connected to the SPIV program are final, reasonable queries will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

Incentive rewards are limited to a maximum value of £3000 in any one tax year.

SCV Distribution reserves the right to amend or end this incentive program at any time and without prior notice.
